30-day money-back guarantee

Growberly offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact Growberly support and we will assist you with the refund request.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep access to your plan (and any included credits) until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request a refund as described above if you believe you are eligible.
